American Idol break out star, Jennifer Hudson, is engaged to David Otunga according to a statement from Jennifer's rep this weekend to People magazine.
David Otunga is best know as "Punk" from the VH1 reality show, "I Love New York 2"--
he popped the question on Jennifer's birthday and gave her a Neil Lane diamond ring.
The couple have been dating less than a year.
