American Idol winner, David Cook recently spoke out about his relationship with another former Idol contestant, Kimberly Caldwell. They started dating not long after Cook was crowned this year's Idol winner when he asked her out on live television.

"I think she just gets that this is all nuts," Cook told PEOPLE at the Do the Wright Thing Gala at the Hard Rock Café in New York last week. "She's a nice break from the chaos."
